DISCLOSURE OF INTERIM FINANCIAL INFORMATION

It is hereby informed that, once exceeded the 2 year period in accordance with the Article 246-A, paragraph 2, of the Securities Code, the Board of Directors of Estoril-Sol, SGPS, SA deliberated, in its meeting of 27 April 2020, to cease the disclosure of quarterly financial information, with effect from the year that started on January 1st, 2020.

The annual and half-yearly financial information will keep being disclosed, in accordance with articles 245 and 246 of the Securities Code.
