NOTICE

Under the terms and for the purposes of article 248A of the Portuguese Securities Code, INAPA – Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, S.A. (sociedade aberta) ("INAPA") hereby discloses to the market and to the public in general the following information:

INAPA has been under a cyber-attack to its corporate systems. The company took immediate action to isolate the attack and identify its source, having decided to switch off temporarily its servers to the internet to protect its business. All critical systems and information are preserved, but a data leakage has been confirmed.

At this point it is not yet possible to assess the extent of the data leakage.

We are articulating with all competent authorities and we will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.
