Material information

Following its material information press release of 23 December 2020 whereby CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT") informed that the Council of Ministers had approved the legal document extending the Universal Postal Service concession contract of which CTT is the holder until the end of September 2021, CTT hereby informs that the Decree-Law no. 106-A/2020 of 30 December, extending the duration of the aforementioned concession contract until 31 December 2021, has been published.

CTT reserves the right to deploy all initiatives of an economic and legal nature that it may deem appropriate to safeguard its rights and a sustainable and balanced concession contract.
