COMMERCIAL REGISTRY OF A SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

In accordance with, and pursuant to the requirements of the applicable law, Sonae Indústria, SGPS, SA, ("Sonae Indústria") informs that the company has completed its share capital increase from 253,319,797.26 Euros to 308,321,344.20 Euros, through the issuance of 48,246,971 ordinary, registered, book‐entry shares without nominal value, at the issue and subscription price of 1.14 euros, reserved to shareholders in the exercise of their preemptive rights, and that such capital increase was registered today at the competent Commercial Registry Office.

Accordingly, Sonae Indústria share capital post capital increase, stands at 308,321,344.20 Euros, represented by 93,650,000 ordinary, registered, book‐entry shares without nominal value.

The company estimates that the admission to trading in the regulated market Euronext Lisbon of the new 48,246,971 shares will take place on 26 May 2021 (inclusive) under code ISIN S3P0AM0025.

Further to the admission to trading, the new shares will be merged with the existing old shares to represent the new share capital of Sonae Indústria.
