ANNOUNCEMENT

Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. ("Greenvolt"), by reference to the private offering of shares representing its share capital, carried out within the scope of a capital increase operation whose subscription is addressed to qualified investors, as described in the prospectus relating to the admission to trading of Greenvolt shares in Euronext Lisbon's regulated market, managed by Euronext Lisbon – Sociedade Gestora de Mercados Regulamentados, S.A., approved by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission on July 1, 2021 and disclosed on July 2, 2021, as amended by the addendum approved by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission and disclosed on July 6, 2021 (collectively, "Prospectus"), accessible at www.greenvolt.pt and www.cmvm.pt, informs that taking into account the end of the book-building period for the offer:

• (i) The Offering Price for the New Shares shall be €4.25 per Share; and
• (ii) The number of the Initial Offering Shares to be issued pursuant to the Offering shall be 30,588,235.

In accordance, Greenvolt further informs that its share capital will be increased to € 255,999,998.75 and that, in the context of the share capital increase operation, the relevant commercial registration request, also contemplating the amounts pertaining to the subscription in kind, shall be filed tomorrow as described in the Prospectus.
