ANNOUNCEMENT

Sonaecom, SGPS, S.A. hereby announces, further to the press release dated of 1 June 2021, that the transaction entered into by its subsidiary Sonae Investment Management – Software and Technology, SGPS, S.A. ("Sonae IM") and the remaining shareholders, regarding the sale of the entire share capital and voting rights of Digitmarket – Sistemas de Informação S.A. ("Bizdirect") to Claranet Portugal, S.A. ("Claranet"), has been completed today, following the approval from the competent competition authority and the verification of the conditions precedent agreed between the parties.

This transaction - generating proceeds of € 12,2 million – results in a positive impact in the Sonaecom's consolidated results, amounting approximately to 5,4 million Euros.
