CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that on this date Banco CTT S.A. ("Banco CTT") has successfully closed the credit securitization operation named Ulisses Finance no. 2, carried out through its subsidiary 321 Crédito – Instituição Financeira de Crédito, S.A., as announced to the market on 10 September.

Aimed at funding the growth of Banco CTT's activity while optimizing its capital base and diversifying its liquidity sources, the securitization of 250 million euros of auto loans allows for the reduction of risk-weighted assets estimated at 185 million euros and had an average spread across collateralized tranches of 0.64% over Euribor 1 month. The senior class was rated at AAL (DBRS) and Aa2 (Moody's) with a spread equivalent to 0.35%, significantly lower than the previous Ulisses Finance no. 1 of 0.85%, in 2017. The securitization was placed entirely with institutional investors and demand was more than twice the available supply.

This issuance highlights the ability of CTT and Banco CTT to explore balance sheet optimization opportunities aiming at pursuing its profitable growth.
