Banco BPI, S.A. hereby informs that, by decision taken on the 10th of March, its sole shareholder CaixaBank, S.A. approved the Directors' Report, the individual and consolidated accounts and the other Banco BPI accounting documents for the 2021 fiscal year, as well as Banco BPI Board of Directors proposal for the distribution of 194 000 000.00 euros of dividends with respect to the 2021 results.
