Sonae hereby informs that, on the 1st of April 2022, it has delivered 5,386,096 own shares, representing approximately 0.269% of the Company's share capital, to a number of directors and employees, within the execution of the Medium Term Incentive Plans of the Company and its controlled companies, as determined in the Remuneration Policy approved at the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting held on 30th April 2021.

These transactions were executed over-the-counter at a reference price per share of € 1.042, Sonae's share market closing price of 31st March 2022.
