CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT" or "Company") hereby informs that Banco CTT S.A. ("Banco CTT"), through its subsidiary 321 Crédito – Instituição Financeira de Crédito, S.A. ("321C"), will announce today a credit securitization operation, named Ulisses Finance no. 3, for an overall amount of 200 million Euros of auto loans, to be placed with institutional investors.

This operation aims at funding the growth of Banco CTT's activity while optimizing its capital base and diversifying its liquidity sources. In the operation, investors will be offered all classes of bonds backed by the loans originated by 321C under the scope of auto loans contracts granted for the purpose of acquiring used vehicles.

The process launched today is expected to close at, or around, 1 June 2022.

This issuance highlights the ability of CTT and Banco CTT to explore balance sheet optimization opportunities aiming at pursuing its profitable growth.
