NEGOTIATIONS RELATED TO THE OFFER FOR THE ACQUISITION OF BURGER KING RESTAURANTS

Following the announcement of 13 June 2022, Ibersol, SGPS, S.A. informs that the negotiations with Restaurant Brands Iberia, S.A. relating to the potential acquisition of Burger King restaurants in Portugal and Spain proposed by the latter, by means of the purchase of the companies IBER KING - RESTAURAÇÃO, S.A. and LURCA S.A.U. are ongoing.

In this context, Ibersol, SGPS, S.A. will keep the market informed in due course in relation to this process.
