Sonae SGPS, S.A. ecom SGPS, S.A. of ZOPT, SGPS, S.A. shareholding in ZOPT and the resulting attribution to Sonaecom of a shareholding corresponding to 26.075% of the NOS, SGPS, S.A. tal.

Accordingly, a total shareholding of approximately 36.8% of the share capital and voting rights of NOS is now attributable to Sonae, resulting from ownership of the company and from the attribution of the indirect ownership of the voting rights pertaining to the aforementioned shareholding of 26.075% that, once the relevant procedures are concluded, will be directly held by Sonaecom.

Sonae reaffirms its intention to remain a reference shareholder of NOS and to continue to ensure a framework of shareholder stability that favours the development of its important project in the telecommunications sector.
