Qualifying Holding

In accordance with number 1 of Article 17 of the Portuguese Securities Code ("CVM code"), Inapa - Investimentos, Participações e Gestão SA ("Inapa") informs that it has received a notification from Banco Comercial Português, S.A. ("BCP"), made with the purpose of complying with the terms of Article 16 of the CVM code.

This notification informs that in the 27th of February of 2023, BCP has crossed the threshold of 10% in regards to the share capital and voting rights.

The abovementioned notification specifies that the qualifying holding of BCP in the share capital and voting rights in Inapa evolved from 10,123% (previous position) to 9,952% (resulting situation). The number of voting rights attached to shares in the resulting situation is of 52.369.086.
