Banco BPI, S.A. hereby informs that, by decision taken on this date, its sole shareholder CaixaBank, S.A. approved the Directors' Report, the individual and consolidated accounts and the other Banco BPI accounting documents for the 2022 fiscal year, as well as Banco BPI Board of Directors proposal for the distribution of 284 000 000.00 euros of dividends with respect to the 2022 results.
