PHAROL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

PHAROL, SGPS S.A. ("PHAROL") informs that at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held today, by the Shareholders, it was resolved to approve:

1: The management report, balance sheet and accounts for the year 2022;

2: The consolidated management report, balance sheet and accounts for the year 2022;

3: The proposal for application of profits;

• 4: The general appraisal of the Company's management and supervision;
• 5: The acquisition and disposition of own shares;

6: The statement of the Compensation Committee on the remuneration policy for the members of the management and supervisory bodies of the Company.
