Issuance of 500 million euros of Covered Bonds (Premium)

Banco BPI, S.A. has placed today an issue of Covered Bonds (Premium¹ ) with institutional investors in the amount of 500 million euros, with maturity in July 2028 and a fixed coupon rate of 3.625%, under its Covered Bonds Programme.

The settlement date will occur on July 04, 2023.
