Banco Comercial Português, S.A. informs about the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

Banco Comercial Português, S.A. ("Bank") informs, under the terms and for the purposes of article 6 of CMVM Regulation No. 1/2023, that the Non-Executive Director Xiaoxu Gu (also known as Julia Gu) presented today its resignation to the position of non-executive member of the Board of Directors, effective from February 29, 2024.

The Bank informs that it will begin the process of identifying and selecting a new non-executive member to join its Board of Directors in accordance with the applicable Bank's regulations. The conclusion of this process will be announced in due course and will not affect the regular functioning of the Board of Directors.
