Under the terms and for the purposes provided for in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Inapa – Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, S.A. ("Inapa") informs the market, following the determination by CMVM to suspend the trading of its shares, that the redemption date of the third series of convertible bonds into Inapa shares, with ISIN PTINACOM0001 and CVM Code INACOM ("Bonds"), which was originally set for July 11, 2024, has been extended by 10 business days, as provided for and permitted in the respective terms and conditions of the Bonds' issue.
