Inapa – Investimentos, Participações e Gestão, S.A. ("Inapa IPG") announces that it will not be releasing on September 27, its financial results for first half-year 2024, as previously stated in the financial calendar published on January 3, 2024. The new date for the release of these results will be communicated in October.

This change in the financial calendar is due to the current insolvency status of Inapa IPG and to the fact that a Creditors' assembly ("Assembly") will be held on September 27, 2024. This Assembly will include the presentation of the assessment report developed by the Insolvency Administrator and the deliberation on critical aspects for the future of Inapa IPG. In the interest of greater transparency and market integrity, it is considered more appropriate the release of the financial results after the Assembly, once the impacts of the deliberations have been duly reflected in the financial statements.

In light of the constraints resulting from the insolvency situation, the Gender Equality Plan for 2025 will not be released on September 13, 2024, as originally scheduled in the financial calendar published on January 3, 2024. The preparation of the Gender Equality Plan for 2025 will be re-evaluated following the Assembly and, if applicable, duly communicated.
