Material information

CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT"), informs that it was published today in the Official Gazette the Ordinance¹ that governs the quality-of-service indicators applicable to the provision of the Universal Postal Service to be complied with by CTT in the period that starts on 1 lanuary 2025 up to the end of the current Concession contract.

Withoutprejudice to a more detailed analysis, CTT believes that the indicators now published constitute a very positive evolution when compared to the previous framework, although it could have gone farther in reducing the gap when compared to the European reference in relation to the demand level envisaged therein.
