ANNOUNCEMENT

Under the terms and for the purposes of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, Greenvolt - Energias Renováveis, S.A. (hereinafter "Company" or "Greenvolt") hereby informs that the amount of the 3-year-bullet syndicated financing disclosed on 1 October 2024 has been increased in 50 Million Euros to a total amount of 400 Million Euros.

This increase was subscribed by two banks, one of which is a new lending partner for Greenvolt, reflecting the attractiveness that the Company continues to have among financial institutions. The transaction, supported by KKR, has further strengthened Greenvolt's relationships with international lenders, now totaling eight institutions, that, together with Greenvolt's current lenders, stand by the Company as it enters its next phase of growth.
