Considering the Company´s performance during the course of 2024, the Board of Directors of The Navigator Company S.A. informs that in today´s meeting it approved an advance on profits, to be distributed in January 2025, in the amount of 99,999,451.33 Euros, equivalent to a gross amount of 0.14061 Euros per share, in accordance with number 2 of article 25 of the Company´s By-laws and article 297 of the Portuguese Commercial Companies Code.
