SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE OF GREENVOLT – ENERGIAS RENOVÁVEIS, S.A. FROM €692,094,274.62 TO €767,094,274.62

In accordance with the applicable legal terms, Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. ("Greenvolt") informs that the above-mentioned share capital increase has been filled for registration today with the Commercial Registry Office. This increase was carried out through new cash contributions and includes the issuance of 9,024,511 new ordinary, book-entry, registered shares without par value, subscribed by the shareholder GVK Omega, SGPS, Unipessoal, Lda.

As a result, the share capital of Greenvolt is currently €767,094,274.62, now represented by 187,299,770 ordinary, book-entry, registered shares without nominal value.
