NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN THE SHARE IN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTES IN 4MOBILITY S.A. WITH ITS REGISTERED OFFICE IN GRODZISK MAZOWIECKI

Acting in the name of Black River DWC - LLC, with its registered office in, Business Logistics City, Dubai Aviation City, PO BOX 336266, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, established and operating under the law of UAE, ("Black River"), pursuant to Article 69, of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions of introduction of financial instruments into on organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended), I the undersign Piotr Brzeski, hereby notify the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and 4Mobility S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS No. 0000562846) ("4Mobility"), that - in connection with the share purchase transaction out of the regulated market dated 30.06.2018 ("the event") - the number of votes Black River has in the total number of votes in 4Mobility, has increased more than 33^1/3 %.

Before the event, Black River held in total, 353 559 ordinary bearer shares of 4Mobility, i.e. 20,00 % of the share capital of 4Mobility, giving 353 559 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility, i.e. 20,00% of total votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility.

Since the event Black River holds, in total, 646 317 ordinary bearer shares of 4Mobility, i.e. 36,55 % of the share capital of 4Mobility, giving 36,55% votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility, i.e. 36,55 % of total votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility.

In addition I inform you that no subsidiaries of Black River, holds any shares in the share capital of 4Mobility. Moreover Black River not entered into any agreement with any third party of the transfer of rights to exercise the voting rights from the strares of AMobility

Pursuant to Article 69, of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions of introduction of financial instruments into on organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended), I the undersign Piotr Brzeski, hereby notify the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and 4Mobility S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS No. 0000562846) ("4Mobility"), that - in connection with the share purchase transaction out of the regulated market dated 30.06.2018 ("the event") made by Black River DWC - LLC, with its registered office in, Business Logistics City, Dubai Aviation City, PO BOX 336266, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, established and operating under the law of UAE, ("Black River") - the number of votes I have in the total number of votes in 4Mobility, has indirectly increased more than $33^{1/3}$ %.

Before the event, I owned indirectly by controlled entity - Black River - in total, 353 559 ordinary bearer shares of 4Mobility, i.e. 20,00 % of the share capital of 4Mobility, giving 353 559 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility, i.e. 20,00% of total votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility.

Since the event I hold indirectly by controlled entity - Black River - in total, 646 317 ordinary bearer shares of 4Mobility, i.e. 36,55 % of the share capital of 4Mobility, giving 36,55% votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility, i.e. 36,55 % of total votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility.

In addition I inform you that except Black River no other of my subsidiaries, holds any shares in the share capital of 4Mobility. Moreover I have not entered into any agreement with any third party of the transfer of rights to exercise the voting rights from the shares of 4Mobility.
