NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN THE SHARE IN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTES IN 4MOBILITY S.A. WITH ITS REGISTERED OFFICE IN GRODZISK MAZOWIECKI

Acting in the name of Black River DWC - LLC, with its registered office in, Business Logistics City, Dubai Aviation City, PO BOX 336266, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, established and operating under the law of UAE, ("Black River"), pursuant to Article 69, of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions of introduction of financial instruments into on organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended), I the undersign Piotr Brzeski, hereby notify the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and 4Mobility S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS No. 0000562846) ("4Mobility"), that - in connection with the registration of Share capital Increases dated 30.05.2017 ("the event") – about which Black River has just learned - the number of votes Black River has in the total number of votes in 4Mobility, has indirectly increased above 20%.

Before the event, Black River owned 290 455, ordinary bearer shares of 4Mobility, i.e. 19,09 % of the share capital of 4Mobillity, giving 290 455 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility, i.e. 19,09% of total votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility.

Since the event Black River holds in total, 333 636 ordinary bearer shares of 4Mobility, i.e. 20,61 % of the share capital of 4Mobility, giving 333 636 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility, i.e. 20,61 % of total votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of 4Mobility.

In addition I inform you that except Black River no other of my subsidiaries, holds any shares in the share capital of 4Mobility. Moreover I have not entered into any agreement with any third party of the transfer of rights to exercise the voting rights from the shares of 4Mobility.
