DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF SUBSIDIARY

Reference is made to the joint announcement of Lippo Limited (“ Lippo ”) and Hongkong Chinese Limited (“ HKC ”) dated 20 July 2018 in respect of the Disposal (the “ Joint Announcement ”). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Joint Announcement unless the context otherwise requires.

The respective Boards of Lippo and HKC are pleased to announce that the Disposal was completed on 11 December 2018 pursuant to the terms of the SPA.
