Working experience and occupation

Mr. Yeap Hsoo Hsiew began his career in 2012 with Grant Thornton, Penang as an Audit Associate and was subsequently promoted to Audit Manager prior to his departure in 2018. During his tenure, he led and managed audit engagements for public listed companies and private entities across various industries. His experience includes overseeing financial reporting processes, evaluating internal controls and participating in due diligence exercises for mergers and acquisitions.

In 2019, he joined a company involved in warehouse and storage solutions as a Finance and Administration Manager, where he was responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, treasury and administrative functions. He left the company in September 2021 and joined Sophic Automation Sdn. Bhd. in October 2021, where he served as a Financial Controller. He subsequently left the company in December 2024 and was involved in financial advisory roles and providing consultancy services in areas including financial management, corporate structuring and strategic planning.

He joins 3REN Berhad as the Group Financial Controller, where he is responsible for overseeing the overall financial and corporate development of the Group.
