This is in continuation of our letters dated July 27, 2018 and November 1, 2018, wherein we had informed that, the shareholders through Postal Ballot had approved the resolution with requisite majority in the Postal Ballot Notice viz., “Approve Investment in the Equity Share Capital of 3M Electro & Communication India Private Limited” and on October 31, 2018, the Company had signed a Share Purchase Agreement with the existing shareholders of 3M Electro & Communication India Private Limited.

Now we wish to inform you that 3M Electro & Communication India Private Limited has become a 100% subsidiary of the Company with effect from December 27, 2018 after payment of consideration and transfer of shares per the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement which has been completed on December 27, 2018 night.
