Directorate change

Following publication of the Company's Annual report and accounts 2025 and 2025 Notice of Meeting, the Company announces that Doug Bannister, a non-executive Director, did not seek re-election as a Director at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, he ceased to be a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 3 July 2025.
