3i Infrastructure plc ("the Company") announces that Mr Richard Laing, non-executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Murray Income Trust PLC ("MUT") with effect from 17 November 2020.

Mr Richard Laing has notified the Company that he remains a non-executive Director of Perpetual Income & Growth Investment Trust ("PLI") following it being placed into a members' voluntary liquidation in connection with a scheme of reconstruction relating to a combination of the assets of PLI and MUT.
