Directorate changes

3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") Directorate changes

The Company announces that it has approved the appointment of Robert Jennings CBE as a non-executive Director, to take effect on 1 February 2018 or, if later, the date on which the Jersey Financial Services Commission confirms that it has no objection to such appointment.

Robert brings an in-depth understanding of investing in Infrastructure with over 20 years' experience in the infrastructure sector.  He is currently Chairman of Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited and a non-executive director of Crossrail Limited and was until February of this year Chairman of Southern Water.  Robert was previously a managing director of UBS Investment Bank and was joint head of the Bank's Infrastructure Group until 2007.

The Company also announces the resignation of Steven Wilderspin as a non-executive Director to take effect on 31 December 2017.  Steven has been a Board member since 20 September 2007 and is currently the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.  Wendy Dorman will take over as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 1 January 2018.
