Holdings in Company

LiDCO (AIM:LID), the hemodynamic monitoring company, announces that it was informed on 17 August 2018 that on 14 August 2018, Mr. Paul Brewer, a significant shareholder in the Company executed the following share transfers from his SIPP:

·     1,525,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his ISA; and

·     1,500,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife's ISA.

Following these transfers Mr. Brewer and his connected parties' notifiable interest remains unchanged at 15,884,747 Ordinary Shares representing a beneficial interest of 6.51% in the issued share capital of the Company.
