Formal appointment of Chief Executive Officer

LiDCO Group Plc (AIM:LID), the cardiovascular monitoring company, previously announced on 15 June 2015 the appointment of Matthew (Matt) Sassone as Chief Executive Officer Designate and is pleased to confirm that Matt has now formally begun his duties as Chief Executive Officer, following the orderly handover period from former Chief Executive Officer, Terry O'Brien, who retired from his Board position and role as Chief Executive Officer at the close of business on 14 August.

Matt Sassone, Chief Executive Officer of LiDCO, commented: "I am extremely pleased to be taking over as Chief Executive Officer from Terry O'Brien to lead the Company at this very exciting phase of its growth.
