3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2021 AGM
3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 20 contained in the Notice of AGM dated 12 May 2021 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 1 July 2021. These included resolutions 15 to 20, inclusive, which constituted special business.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
