3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2020 AGM
3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 24 contained in the Notice of AGM dated 13 May 2020 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 25 June 2020. These included resolutions 17 to 24, inclusive, which constituted special business.
A copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
