3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2017 AGM  

3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 21 contained in the Notice of AGM dated 17 May 2017 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 29 June 2017.  These included resolutions 15 to 21, inclusive, which constituted special business. 

A copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
