Filing of Annual Report on Form 20-F

Portugal Telecom, SGPS S.A. ("PT") filed, on 30 April 2013, its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended 31 December 2012 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
