BIOFISH HOLDING AS: New share capital registered

Ljones, 2 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from

Biofish Holding AS (the "Company") on 18 February 2025 regarding a fourth

exercise period (the "Fourth Exercise Period") of the warrants (the

"Warrants") issued from placements in 2023.

The Company received subscriptions for 1,693,608 new shares by exercise of

Warrants during the Fourth Exercise Period (the "New Shares"). The share

capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.

Foretaksregisteret). Following this, the Company's registered share capital is

NOK 111,978,666 divided into 111,978,666 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 1.
