Photocure ASA – Major shareholding disclosure

On 28 February 2025, Briarwood Chase Management LLC, via a private investment fund under its management, bought 370,000 shares in Photocure ASA. Following this, Briarwood Chase Management LLC controls 5,469,775 shares in Photocure ASA, corresponding to approximately 20.17% of the company's outstanding share capital and voting rights. The shares in Photocure ASA are held through Briarwood Capital Partners LP, which is managed by Briarwood Chase Management LLC, whose Managing Member is Aalap Mahadevia.
