REVO Insurance: publication of the Shareholders' guidance and Candidate List submission procedures
Verona, 28 th February 2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company"), with reference to the next Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled to be held on 28 April, which will be called, inter alia, to appoint the Board of Directors, due to the expiry of the term of office of the current Board, announces that today it has made available to the public, on the website www.revoinsurance.com, Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section and on the information storage mechanism authorized by CONSOB called "," the document, approved by the current Board of Directors, concerning the Shareholders' Guidance Opinion on the size and composition of the Board of Directors of REVO Insurance S.P.A. for the three-year period 2025-2027 and the operating procedures for the submission of lists.
