Increased number of shares and votes in Nordnet

The number of shares and votes in Nordnet AB (publ) has, during February 2025, increased as a result of exercise of warrants under the company's incentive program LTIP 2021 for subscription of a total of 478,472 shares. Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 252,355,037 shares in the company, and as of the same date the number of votes amounts to 252,355,037.
