Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Touchstar plc ("Touchstar" or the "Company"), was notified of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors and PDMRs of the Company.

Ian Martin, Chairman and Mark Hardy, Chief Executive Offer applied for and received 333,000 and 33,000 new Ordinary Shares respectively in the open offer announced on 17 January 2018.  In addition, John Christmas, Non-executive Director (and his wife) and Natasha Rourke, Group Financial Controller subscribed for 33,333 and 8,333 shares respectively in the conditional placing announced on the same date.
