Event to report – Litigation

The Romanian Power Grid Company "Transelectrica" S.A. informs the shareholders and interested persons regarding the fact that as a result of the litigation that was the subject of file no. 28255/3/20231 registered on the roll of the Bucharest Court, Section VIII Labor Disputes and Social Insurance, the Company having the capacity of plaintiff in opposition to the defendants: Teau Ion-Toni, Văduva Constantin, Lohan Octavian (deceased) through heirs, Modran Mircea Toma, Radu Ștefan Cernov and Nicolina Anuța Vărzaru, action with the object of obliging the defendants to pay the total amount of 204,414 lei, representing the counter value of the compensations (consisting of net salaries and court costs) paid by the Company to the employees laid off during 2017, the Company took note of Civil Decision no. 675/26.02.2025 of the Bucharest Court of Appeal – Section VIII, definitive, rejecting as unfounded the appeal declared by the Company, with the obligation to pay court costs to the respondents. The initiation of the litigation was approved by AGOA Decision no. 3/16/02/2023.
