Computacenter plc (the "Company") announces the appointment of Peter Ryan to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Peter has had a successful 37 year international career in technology encompassing all dimensions of the industry including software, services, systems integration, outsourcing and infrastructure.  Over the last 10 years, Peter has held roles such as Chief Sales Officer with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Chief Client Officer at Logica plc and Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Services with Sun Microsystems Inc.  After starting his career at the Home Office, Peter undertook various senior management roles with Aspect Group Ltd, Parametric Technology Ltd, IBM (UK) Ltd and ICL plc.
