Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC - Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights

On 13 February 2018, Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC (the Company) purchased, for cancellation, 250,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 65.5p per share.

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at close of business on 13 February 2018 comprises 55,354,957 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
