Board change

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the services-led consulting and engineering group, today announces that Simon Kings has notified the Board of his intention to step down as executive director of the Company and leave the Group with immediate effect.

Simon joined TP Group in 2014, and was appointed to the Board in 2015 and has played an important role in broadening the Group's advanced engineering, service and technology capabilities.

Going forward, Simon's responsibilities will be handled by senior members of the existing team across the various industry verticals.

As a business, TP Group remains focused on delivering specialist consulting and advisory services in high technology projects, advanced engineering and through-life equipment support for its customers.
