Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 6 February 2018, an employee has exercised options over a total of 40 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2016. 

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application today to the London Stock Exchange for 40 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 15 February 2018.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,831,531 Ordinary Shares in issue.
