Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018

Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism its notice of annual general meeting 2018 and the proxy form for the annual general meeting (as required by Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3).

The notice of annual general meeting and proxy form for the annual general meeting are available on Ocado's website: www.ocadogroup.com.

Ocado's annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, 2 May 2018 at 10am, at Peterborough Court, 133 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2BB.
