SUPERMARKET INCOME REIT DECLARES SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR) has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the period from 29 September to 31 December 2017 of 1.375 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around 3 March 2018. The dividend will be paid as an ordinary UK dividend to ordinary shareholders on the register on 16 February 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 15 February 2018.

The Company is targeting an annualised dividend of 5.5 pence per ordinary share. (1)
