James Latham announces that, on 2 February 2018, the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 582 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to certain directors of the Company at 792.5p per share as detailed in the table below. 

In addition, the Company has been notified that Chris Sutton, a director of the Company, has sold 1,239 ordinary shares at 805p per share.
